Description of work

Both parties will agree the work required in advance and the details will be provided in writing.

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development the HR Consultant will abide by the codes of conduct as laid down by that body.

Contact

This may either be face to face, by telephone or in writing. Details of all conversation will be confirmed in writing.

Confidentiality

This is taken extremely seriously by Sue Lewis HR Consulting who is registered under the Data Protection Act 1988.

Invoicing

Full payment is due within fourteen days of receipt of the invoice.

Reimbursement of Expenses

Any costs incurred for travel and materials will be charged at rates included in the description of work.
